Payment

 

Our conditions are net 30 days. Our standard payment method is direct bank transfer of funds. Rates quoted in our proposal to you are calculated on this basis.

Alternative methods of payments are: Paypal/Moneybookers.

In all cases, the customer will bear any transfer fees.

Difficulty charge

 

For translations with a high difficulty degree we charge a 15% fee, following the negotiations with the client.

To enable us to provide you with a reliable and accurate quote, you are kindly requested to send us as much information as possible on your requirements (deadline, source and target languages, format of the documents, and of course, the text to be translated). We pride ourselves in always sending you an answer within 24 hours after receiving your data.

In producing a quote, we will analyze your texts and will contact you with a precise offer.

Prices

You will have discounts for long-time collaboration, for the project’s volume and for fast payments!

Our charges are negotiable because they are settled after an agreement with the client. We offer discounts or the price can increase depending on the following:

  • source and target languages
  • delivery deadlines
  • technicality of the text
  • total volume
  • one-time translation or ongoing project.

Moreover, accepting to collaborate with our company, you can benefit of:

  • competitive prices
  • firm agreements or collaborations

We offer fees per source word, target word, standard pages or per line, as you are used to.

We don’t have a minimum charge!


Charges for standard documents

For this type of documents we can have advantageous discounts for you.

For larger quantities, the prices can be negotiated separately.


Emergency charge

The emergency charge is of 10% for translations delivered in the same day, but our usual customers, natural and legal persons do not have to pay this charge.
